The Company “La Crocetta” belongs to the Leotti brothers, Andrea, Antonio and Alberto.

I lived most of my life in Rome and San Casciano, working in the TV and cinema business for 25 years.

Our mother and my brothers have always had the lead of the company, until two years ago I decided to be more seriously involved in the family-business.

Olive oil is my passion, and get involved in the production world is a new and “revolutionary” adventure for me.

Andrea leotti

I started to work in Pirelli, in the motor/sailing field at the end of the 70s as a sales manager in central Italy.

At the beginning of the 80s, I’ve been hired as an international sales manager from the company Agriservice , in the food Industry of the Apulia Region Body (Ente Regione Puglia), a job that led me to travel the world until the beginning of the 90s, when I decided to add a value to the family business, opening an Agritourism where I worked as a chef in the restaurant until 2014.

At the moment I take care of the Company with passion and pleasure, together with my brothers.

Andrea leotti

Antonio leotti

From more than twenty years I run the family business, and from 35 years I am a a screenwriter. I also published a couple of books and two sentimental essays which narrate my tragicomic experience of the apprenticeship in the agriculture field, which still remains the most beautiful job in the world.

The property La Crocetta, was originally acquired by the maternal family during the first period of the 19th Century, and since then, it’s always been run with the purpose of farming production.  It’s a continuous production that embraces more than two centuries.

To give value and support to Nebbio’s idea, the Leotti brothers merge a bicentenary tradition with a constant update; they committed themselves in these years into seminars and courses, promoted by the Accademia dell’Olio e dell’Oliva di Spoleto, attending classes taught by professors Sevili, Famiani (University of Perugia), Gucci (University of Pisa), obtaining a few certificates.
